John Romita Jr. & Peter Mayhew at Dallas Comic Show August 6-7


The Dallas Comic Show has announced John Romita Jr. and Peter Mayhew as guests for their August 6-7 show! Romita Jr. is the legendary comic book artist behind classic issues of UNCANNY X-MEN, AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, CAPTAIN AMERICA, THE AVENGERS, and ETERNALS. He recently worked on SUPERMAN and DARK KNIGHT III: THE MASTER RACE for DC Comics, and is now working on the new ALL-STAR BATMAN.

Mayhew, of course, has played the iconic Chewbacca in five Star Wars films, including the recent The Force Awakens. He is confirmed to return to the role for Episode VIII, currently in production.

The Dallas Comic Show will be held at the Richardson Convention Center August 6-7. It is a family-friendly event in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area featuring exciting comic book and media guests, costumed characters, gaming and Anime content. Their mission is to bring back an affordable pop culture convention experience to the DFW area, something everyone can enjoy and embrace without breaking the bank. This is show run by fans and done for fans.
